Answers to the questions about signing in and your data in Kuutti. For anything else, write to us.

Signing in

You sign in with a Finnish bank’s identification. If signing in is refused, the app says why:

• You are under 18. Kuutti is for adults. Age is counted from the end of your birth month.
• You deleted your account a short while ago. A new account is possible after the waiting time, and the app tells you the day.
• The account was closed. A ban is on the person and does not end with a new sign-in.

If the bank’s own page fails, the problem is usually at the bank: try again in a moment, or with the bank’s other identification method.

Your data and your account

In the app, under Your account, you can download everything Kuutti holds about you and delete your account. How deletion works, and what is left afterwards.
